Jason Martin, the founder of the Martin Law Firm, grew up in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. After graduating High School with honors, Jason attended LaSalle University where he received his BS in Finance with a minor in International Business Studies. Jason attended Widener University School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate. Currently, Jason is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
His professional experience began in 1998 as an attorney with a Center City, Philadelphia law firm that focused on representing the interests of the insurance industry. After three years, Jason left the firm and started the Martin Law Firm since he wanted to help the individual and small business.

As a general practice firm, the Martin Law Firm focused primarily on helping business owners with start-up, drafting Wills and Trusts, assisting with the resolution of disputes and counseling the client on a wide range of issues. The firm developed a focus in the areas of Health Care Law, Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning, and Commercial Litigation. Family Law and Real Estate Law also became prominent areas of representation. Today, the Martin Law Firm has become a trusted source of representation for small businesses and individuals.

The firm’s mission has remained unchanged since its inception—providing quality representation while developing long term client relationships.
