Attorney Jason B. Martin founded The Martin Law Firm in 2001.  The Martin Law Firm, located in Blue Bell, Montgomery County, PA, vigorously represents individuals and businesses in health care law, commercial debt collections, probate and estates, estate planning, DUI criminal defense and family law.

Mr. Martin was born and raised in Williamsport, PA, before relocating to the Philadelphia area.  He attended LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA, where he received his degree in finance.  Mr. Martin then graduated from Widener University School of Law.  Prior to founding The Martin Law Firm, Mr. Martin was a litigator at a prestigious Philadelphia law firm.

Mr. Martin is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars.  He is also admitted to the federal district courts for the middle and eastern districts of Pennsylvania.  

Mr. Martin is the general counsel for the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association and a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.  He served as a board member and officer for the Stewards' Alliance, a charitable organization for children with special needs.  He also served as Vice President of the Norristown Lions Club.
