Jason B. Martin founded the Martin Law Firm in 2001. The Martin Law Firm focuses on the areas of health care law, collections and creditors' rights, business and corporate law, probate and estate administration and estate planning.
Jason was born and raised in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, before relocating to the Philadelphia area. He attended LaSalle University and received his degree in finance. He graduated from Widener University School of Law in 1998. Before founding the Martin Law Firm, Jason served as an attorney with a prestigious Philadelphia law firm that represented major insurance companies. Jason worked closely with special investigations units of major insurance carriers to investigate insurance fraud. Jason is currently admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Jason is a current Board Member of the Stewards' Alliance, an organization committed to the special needs schools of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. He is also the Vice President of the Norristown Lions Club, and he is involved with the Autism Speaks foundation.
Jason is nationally recognized for his expertise in health care law. His practice handles all health care issues, including corporate, administrative and regulatory matters. He is a nationally sought-after speaker on health law topics, particularly regarding compliance, Stark, Anti-kickback and post-payment reviews. Jason is also a contributor to the annual ChiroCode DeskBook.
