Our Pennsylvania estate planning process begins with our confidential “Estate Planning Questionnaire.” You can download the Estate Planning Questionnaire here. The Estate Planning Questionnaire is designed to help you develop an outline of your assets and personal preferences regarding your estate plan.
During your first appointment, our experienced Blue Bell, PA estate planning lawyer will review and discuss your responses to the Estate Planning Questionnaire. Other discussion points will include tax considerations, issues involving incapacity, trusts for children and other pertinent estate matters for fulfilling the needs of your loved ones.
