The PA Estate Planning Process

Our Pennsylvania estate planning process begins with our confidential “Estate Planning Questionnaire.”  You can download the Estate Planning Questionnaire here.  Our PA Estate Planning Questionnaire is designed to help you develop an outline of your assets and personal preferences regarding your estate plan.

During your first appointment, your experienced Blue Bell, PA estate planning lawyer will review and discuss your responses to the Estate Planning Questionnaire.   Other discussion points will include tax considerations, issues involving incapacity, trusts for children, and other pertinent estate matters for fulfilling the needs of your loved ones.

After this meeting, your estate planning lawyer will prepare the documents you have selected to include as part of your Pennsylvania estate plan.  A follow up meeting will then be scheduled for you to review the documents with your estate planning lawyer.  Once your estate planning documents are acceptable to you, your lawyer will explain the requirements to have your documents properly executed under Pennsylvania law.
